ABOUT PRODUCT RETURN

As Arev Diamond, we make every effort to ensure that all our customers are 100% satisfied with the product they buy. However, in case you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can return it within 14 days and request your money by wire transfer. Products made with special orders, products that have been changed according to the customer's finger and products with special letters written on it are not refundable. The product to be returned must be completely undamaged. Products that are scratched, damaged or physically modified in any way are strictly non-refundable. After the return is received, our specialists will examine whether the return conditions are fulfilled. If the return is approved within 7 days, the price of the products will be returned to the Credit Card if the order was given by using credit card, and refunded to the bank account if it was given by Transfer / EFT. It will take 1-4 weeks for your refund to be credited to your credit card account.

REQUIRED SHIPPING WITH THE RETURNED PRODUCT

With the product to be returned, our customers must return: Invoice, Gift box, Product Warranty Certificate. Products returned without a prepaid or Warranty Certificate cannot be returned. In such a case, the product will be rejected and returned.
