Every product you receive from our site will be sent with the guarantee certificate of our company.
All our products details will be clearly written and communicated to you.
We provide a 5 year free repair and maintenance guarantee for all our products. However, if you drop your diamond or one of the other precious stones in the products you buy, we only make the repair and stone set free of charge by taking the cost of the stone. All other maintenance is free of charge.
In order for the guarantees of the products you receive from our company to continue, the products must not be interfered by another company.

 

ABOUT SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

As Arev Diamond, we make every effort to provide you with the fastest delivery. The shipment time of Solitaire and wedding band products, which we call classic products, varies between 24 hours and 48 hours. However, in the products made according to special design and size, the delivery time of the product may vary between 3 and 5 days. After shipping the product to reach the nearest point of time in Turkey within 24 hours of time to reach the farthest point it is within 48 hours. Our overseas shipments reach Europe in 2 business days, America in 3 business days, Australia in 5 business days.

 

SHOULD BE CONSIDERED WHEN RECEIVING SHIPPING DELIVERY

All our products are sold under 5 years free maintenance and repair warranty. All our products are 100% insured and shipped to you.
For this reason, the shipping company and the insurance company does not deliver the product to us from the person you declare for delivery to another person without seeing the identity. Remember that the product you receive is a valuable product. Therefore, try to get the product as much as possible by yourself or someone you trust. Otherwise, only the person requested to make shipping from the branch of the shipping company can be delivered. Before the product is delivered to you by shipping, you will receive an e-mail from our company regarding the security number (the security bag, which is included in the private insurance of the shipping company, the number is printed on this bag).
In order to ensure the validity of the warranty conditions, you must check the security number given on the shipping bag before opening the product by comparing it with the security number on the shipping bag. If you find any damage to the safety bag (tear, holes, different security numbers, etc. in case of suspicion in the security package, etc.), do not take delivery of the product. Otherwise, you will be entirely responsible.
